Adult Programs

At Temple Beth O'r / Beth Torah, we believe that Jewish learning, spiritual growth and entertaining group activities should continue throughout our lives. That's why we provide a full spectrum of programming for adults of all ages and all life circumstances:

• Daily Prayer Services
• A renowned program of adult education, including:
  • Adult bar/bat mitzvah class
  • Yiddish class
  • Book discussion group
  • Ulpan
  • Educational field trips
  • Lectures by prominent scholars
• A thriving, active Sisterhood, where women form life-long bonds working together to support synagogue life
• An equally thriving Men's Club, which sponsors such noteworthy activities as the Purim Carnival, the annual Pancake Breakfast and the building of our Sukkah
• Young Couples' Club, where the younger set meet regularly for swimming, skating, barbeques -- if it's fun and kosher, we do it!
